Found the solution, being fixed in https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/commit/4f09a7194d8bf8f8b93e447fddc08607e321aa10

For anyone else having this issue, try reinstalling your .NET 6.0 Runtime, should fix it. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0/runtime
