Thank you for reporting this error to us. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced as a result and the delay in responding to you.

We have identified the root cause of the issue as an intermittent timeout issue with OAuth token expiry. We believe we have resolved this issue in the latest stable Vortex version; 1.9.5. Please ensure you update your Vortex client to the latest version.

If you continue to experience errors after upgrading please report them to us.
