Installer reports that 'Vortex can't be closed' instead of 'No space left on device'

Describe the bug Vortex installer reports that Vortex can't be closed, even if Vortex does not run at all The problem was that I had no space left on the device where Vortex was being installed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Vortex to c:\any_folder
2. Have no space left on c:\

Expected behavior Vortex installer reports that there is no space left on the device
