Collection downloads stop when minimized or out of viewport

Description When you are downloading a mod collection the downloads pause whenever vortex gets mnimized or another fullscreen application is used on the same screen making vortex leave the viewport.

To Reproduce

1. Start the download of a mod collection.
2. View your downloads graph and remember the current point
3. Minimize vortex or open another application ontop of it hiding vortex
4. Wait a few minutes

When you return you will see that the downloads graph will not have moved since the last time it was in view.

Expected behavior I expect the downloads to continue even when vortex is out of view or minimized

1. Time: 12:07, Action: Another application got opened as fullscreen ontop of the screen where vortex is located.
2. Time: 12:33, Action: The fullscreen application gets closed and vortex downloads continue as it is now back in view.
3. Time: 12:40, Action: Minimize vortex.
4. Time 12:46, Action: Unminimize vortex.
5. Time 12:47, Action: Minimize vortex.
6. Time 13:12, Action Unmimimize vortex. (After 6 the downloads continue)
