Fallout 4 not launching #2603

when i click the launch button for fallout 4, nothing happens. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling already. the program was working great for 1 day, and then i tried to install F4SE and use the "place anywhere" mod. it seems like something i did adding the F4SE files or messing with place.ini in the plugins folder to install "place anywhere" did something to change vortex.

This doesn't really have anything to do with Vortex. The error you're getting in the log is 0xC0000135 which is an error code that indicates that a component of the application (f4se or fallout 4 in this case) is missing/not installed. This would indicate that your game or f4se installation is broken, could be an Anti Virus tool interfering with f4se or you accidentally broke it yourself. Reinstalling both should help, also check the log of your AV.
