Bug Report - Crash: Crash on Startup, masterlist inaccessible #3623

Vortex Version: 0.16.15 Memory: 15.93 GB System: win32 x64 (6.1.7601) When I loaded up Vortex last time it crashed my whole PC. Now I'm getting the errors "Failed to load master-/userlist" and "Failed to update masterliste"

Error: Git operation failed. Details: -1; failed to parse config file: Invalid configuration key (in C:/Users/Eric/AppData/Roaming/Vortex/skyrimse/masterlist/.git/config:1, column 0): libgit2 error at l.handleResponse (C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-plugin-management\webpack:\gamebryo-plugin-management\node_modules\loot\index.js:134:1) at ChildProcess.handleResponse (C:\Program Files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex\resources\app.asar.unpacked\bundledPlugins\gamebryo-plugin-management\webpack:\gamebryo-plugin-management\node_modules\loot\index.js:66:1) at emitTwo (events.js:126:13) at ChildProcess.emit (events.js:214:7) at emit (internal/child_process.js:772:12) at _combinedTickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:141:11) at process._tickCallback (internal/process/next_tick.js:180:9)

You shoul create a feature to create a new / repair a broken list and or automatically backup these list on every successfull startup. Many users reported these masterlist problems on forums, could not find any way to fix it and ran off to Mod Organizer 2. Since the error does not go away, even with uninstalling / reinstalling Vortex I am forced to use MO2 myself now, because I have not got a choice to do otherwise.

Such a feature now exists in 0.17.8
