Have to click elevate for every deployment #364

OS: Windows 10 Game: Stardew Valley v1.3beta Issue: When trying to "Install" a mod (or uninstall), it requires me to click "Elevate" every time. If running Vortex normally, I then have to give Vortex permission to do so; if ran as admin, then it goes through. However in both cases I still have to click "Elevate". The interface setting is set to automatically install the mod. Vortex, the game, and the Base directory are all three on separate drives. (Vortext on automatic install directory on C:\, game on my steam game install drive (G:), and Base directory for storing the downloads/mods on F:).

Proposed Resolution: When Vortex is ran as administrator, it should not require elevate to be clicked each time as it no longer needs permission from Windows.

When you run as administrator (which you should absolutely not do) you should have the option in settings->mods to select "Symbolic Links" without "Run as administrator". Then it shouldn't ask for elevation.

However I would strongly advice to run vortex as a regular user and then just do multiple operations before you click "Elevate" to run the deployment. You don't have to do it every time, it's more of a "commit" that you have to do before you can run the modded game.
