Could you describe what happened from your perspective? Did this come completely out of the blue or did you do anything that triggered the error? (e.g. this error message looks like maybe you closed Vortex while the installation was in progress?)

Hi TanninOne, the first time I had this error was when Vortex upgraded from version 1.2.9 to version 1.2.10

vortex 1.3 is out now and doesn't use netmq, so this error can't happen any more.
