Vortex Version: 1.3.13 Memory: 5.95 GB System: win32 x64 (10.0.18363) Hello, Ican not enable Fallout 4 because an error appears stating that the tool could not be launched, the executable file does not exist.Tell me what to do with this? I installed an absolutely clean game and vortex programbgives this error when yhe game is turned on for the first time.

You have manually deleted the Vortex staging folder (E:\Vortex Mods\fallout4) which included the f4se installation you are trying to run and Vortex has notified you that it's missing.
