"Never Installed" and "Uninstalled" are the same thing. Never Installed just gives you the added indication that the mod is newly downloaded and had never been installed. If you toggle the status from Enabled or Disabled to Uninstalled then the mod was obviously installed before so "Never Installed" would just be a lie so what's the point?
They are, in fact, not the same thing or else you would list them all as "Uninstalled"
That "added indication" is useful for those of us that have 100s+ of mods and trying to keep everything up to date. When there is an F4SE update, sometimes we need to uninstall, disable and update a large number of mods at a time. After downloading them all we now have to find them and install/enable them.
If "never installed" and "uninstalled" is the same thing then there should be no added indication. If there is an added indication, you should be able to sort by it.
And currently when you sort "uninstalled" you get "never installed", so it already lies. Might as well fix the lie.
Suggestion for enhancement.
Desired Effect:
Status Dropdown picker includes "Never Installed"
Current Application:
Status Dropdown picker groups "Never Installed" with "Uninstalled"
