Vortex Version: 1.3.21 Memory: 15.88 GB System: win32 x64 (10.0.19042) First of all, I want to say that I do have premium and have unlimited download speed. I have been having issues with my download speed off in on for about 2 months. One thing I have noticed about all the downloads is that depending on the size of the download, the speed is either mitigated or increased to its set speed. For specific numbers, I download a file that is 126mgs and the speed is 10mg/s, but when I download a file that is 800mgs or higher the speed is immediately dropped to 16KB/s to 140KB/s. I speculate that it may be some limitation set for the system to save on data usage(Possibly from my side) or a matter of damands from the server not being met.
