Reading through the responses we get through the issue responder we can quite confidently close this issue as the error is simply highlighting that the game is not installed correctly - probably removed/moved/reinstalled while Vortex was still open, or in some cases the users had a pirated copy of the game which they probably moved/removed.
The bottom line is - this is not a Vortex bug - it's caused by the user's environment and his manipulation of it.
