Hi there - this error is raised when you attempt to install a mod file that has already been invalidated in the game archives (or when you're trying to invalidate a filepath that the game archives do not contain, which is not the case here)

Chances are you have conflicting mods - what you can do is click purge and then deploy again once that's finished. If the error still pops up then you'll have to purge and verify game archive integrity through Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335) and then deploy again. If the error still pops up - then you're missing DLC and the mod can't be installed.
