Parts Request Page Does Not Appear for Teams #18

Hello, i'm trying demo app as a team member and i didn't see any menu or page for part requesting. Is it a bug or my fault? :d

And there's any public part request page for team members? For example, I am a member of a xxxx team and I see part requests from other teams and want to help my team if possible.

Per a decision from FIRST HQ, most pit admins are not using the announcements/parts request feature. The parts request section on the team dashboard is hidden by default, but will show up if there are any active parts requests.

The public version of the team dashboard will show active parts requests if there are any
