Feature Request: RI/CSA notification to non-Slack platforms

While the CSA issue notification system works really well with Slack, some events utilise Discord or other platforms. Are there plans on the horizon to integrate help requests into Discord or SMS (or other platforms)?

Would also love to see a similar system integrated for RI help requests. I believe it is currently possible for RIs to request the LRI for a second opinion during inspection (which goes into a Slack - again requesting that this flows through to other platforms). However if a team experiences further issues throughout the tournament, it would be good for them to have the capability to request help from an RI.

As long as Slack remains the officially supported communication platform from FIRST HQ, it will likely be the only volunteer-facing option.

Teams can request reinspection by scanning their Nexus code and tapping "request reinspection". This will send a message to the connected inspection Slack channel if configured.
