New role for trainer profiles #2

  1. Add a nexus-trainer role after !set profile is has been completed.
  2. Add a bot command to scan existing server members and assign nexus-trainer role if IGN, TC (and LVL too?) are set in the Nexus profile.

Implemented in the latest version of Nexus :)
