Create Namespace popup is not rendered properly for the first time. #194

Wallet version: 3.1.0- testnet.9.Appimage

When clicking on "Create new namespace" under the User module, the first time popup shown is not rendered properly and shows only the title without the body, if you click outside and again click on "Create new namespace" then it renders properly.

This behaviour is seen the first time the "Create a new namespace" popup is shown for the first time after a wallet restart.
