High CPU usage with Desktop wallet build 3.1.0-testnet-10 Appimage for Linux - Issue found #201

Describe the bug

Found the issue for the high CPU usage on Linux 3.1.0-testnet-10.Appimage.

In settings disabling "Use non-SSL ports" the CPU usage became high and enabling CPU usage was normal.

The default setting for "Use non-SSL ports" is disabled.

The wallet is fully synced and tested in both lite and full mode and the behaviour is the same.
