-Closes #73 -Added Btc as an option to local currencies. -Made it so when btc is selected, market price shows full price, but maintains 4 decimals for all other currencies -BTC.sprite.svg needs replacing still, this is just a stand-in.

I assumed pushing to the Merging branch is preferable to the master branch. If not please let me know and ill close this and re-open on master.
