Partner column #268

At PO/SO/S/C index screens please introduce a column for partner. Also make a partner filter option at the top of these indexes.

this is needed rather quickly as we now have all SO's automatically when a customer places an order. I need the partner filter to separate the addresslist per partner. Currently we are getting a lot of orders.

I can see the partner dropdown but not the partner column is that correct?
