Some suggestions for TCoRFix #1

First of all, thank you for making this, It's great to see the original version of Butcher Bay working on modern GPUs without having to do any other workarounds. I don't know if you're still working on this, but I'd like to throw some suggestions here that would further enhance Butcher Bay.

1. Widescreen fix for fonts and HUD elements: The game has a very minimal HUD but there's a pretty noticeable stretching on HUD elements and subtitles when playing it in 16:9 aspect ratio, would be nice to have them at the correct aspect in widescreen.

2. Fix for flickering when using the Eyeshine mechanic on shader mode 2.0++: The shader mode 2.0++ provides really cool looking soft shadows, but there's an annoying issue with flickering when using the Eyeshine on lit areas, which doesn't happen in any other shader mode.

Hi, I haven't see the flickering issue when I worked on this, what GPU do you use? Can you upload a savegame?

My GPU is a GTX 1060, using the latest driver, here's a quicksave if you want to check.

I've added an optional fix that seems to fix the flickering on my nvidia card, can you try latest version?

Yup, that seems to fix it, I've tested in other levels aswell and haven't seen any flickering, thank you:
