Custom Configuration Help Needed #1053

I have a situation in which myself and a couple of coworkers are unable to access a website when using our Verizon Personal Hotspots for internet access. (Which we do often when traveling) I can access the website just fine from my home network. I own a couple of domain names and thought I could possibly use Nginx Proxy Manager to act as a transparent proxy while connected to the Verizon Hotspot. I can't for the life of me figure out how to properly configure Nginx Proxy Manager.
Here is the intent: When away from the house and on my Verizon Hotspot, I want to be able to point my web browser at one of my domain names and have the proxy server which is located on my home network forward and rewrite the URL to the external website which we normally can't reach from the Verizon Hotspot.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I am not sure if I completely understand your usecase.

What's wrong with just SSHing into your local home network and setup an local tunnel?

This way you can forward the traffic from wherever you want through your home network.
