Can not Create a Proxy Host #2543

Hi Guys,

I try to setup a Nginx Proxy Manager and i run into an Error every Time. I already tried to delete and set the container new up also i deleted my whole docker but it didn't work. When my domain ist test.ddns.net i can use the normal domain test.ddns.net over Proxy Manger also the SSL certificate works. but when i try to set up a proxy host like subdomain.test.ddns.net it doesn't work everytime i get this Error in the log:

Duplicate relation "access_list" in a relation expression. You should use "a.[b, c]" instead of "[a.b, a.c]". This will cause an error in objection 2.0

can sombody help me or have an Idea how to solve the Issue?
