Letsencrypt spamming .pem files #2726

Hi,

I am running NPM since several years now. Currently I have noticed, that certbot is spamming new .pem files every day.

I found that I already have over 30k of those, every day, ~20 new ones are created. They are located in this folder: etc/letsencrypt/csr/33643_csr-certbot.pem

Nginx Proxy Manager Version: v2.9.19

I have no idea how this can be reproduced.

Operating System: Linux rpi4 5.15.61-v8+ #1579 SMP PREEMPT Fri Aug 26 11:16:44 BST 2022 aarch64 GNU/Linux
