PR #3121 has been sitting awaiting a merge for over a year. In this PR I've made the same regex changes to latest development branch code (to resolve the ongoing issue with SSL cert renewal). Hopefully this should trigger a rebuild of the test docker container too.

Docker Image for build 1 is available on DockerHub as nginxproxymanager/nginx-proxy-manager-dev:pr-4147

Note: ensure you backup your NPM instance before testing this image! Especially if there are database changes Note: this is a different docker image namespace than the official image

Closing this PR as managed to get #3121 to rebase.
