[HELP] I installed a GPU and NPM broke even after reinstalling system #956

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is: I'm desperate in finding help. Everything was working fine until I installed a GPU to my system. My local ip was gone, rebooting without the GPU resulted in having the local ip again but broke NPM. I freshly reinstalled my linux system twice now, just to make sure. All my containers are working fine, even when going to my external ip with the port assigned to it. I've tried everything, changing the local ip to internal ip, gateway ip, changing the port to internal port, reinstalled NPM countless times now, started fresh without configuration multiple times. It just doesn't work. This whole configuration worked fine for over 2 months and there's no update on the docker hub of the image recently.

I'm in desperate need of help, my whole server is completely reliant on NPM and for now no one can use the server.

Note: I don't see any error logs, everything runs fine. But when I try to create an SSL certificate I now need to insert my cloudflare api key, otherwise I get "Internal Error", which is new. But I guess that could be something on certbot's end.

Expected behavior I expect the page to be loaded as it did before. I know how to configure NPM, this is certainly not the problem, I've done it so many times now and I had like 40 proxy hosts running on my server.

Operating System

Additional context Latest version of docker as I reinstalled that one a couple times as well. Every container shares the same network as NPM.

I also read somewhere that the https port (443) isn't exposed correctly. I don't know but when going to my local ip on https it gives me this: image When I go to the HTTP port I see the normal welcome screen: image I'm not sure if it should also show the welcome page on the HTTPS port

Both HTTP and HTTPS aren't working.

Please help me out, I'm desperate now. I'd be very grateful!
