Create a reusable sidebar

• [x] Create a new branch called feature/sidebar
• [ ] In the app directory, create a folder called lib then inside it create a folder called ui. (app -> lib -> ui); This is where all reusable components will be created.
• [ ] In the ui folder, create a Sidebar folder inside it create Sidebar.js file.
• [ ] Create a react component inside the file using this flowbite block
• [ ] Use this Sidebar in the main Layout.js file
