Cereal/Grain Farm not adjusting to Backery or Beer #64

When i add a Backery or a Windmill nothing changes in the amount of Cereal or Grain Farms.

The demand for cereals only depends on what population or trade routes demand. It does not depend on how many bakeries you actually have. The number of buildings is just to check whether you have built enough.
