I have a weird problem which I only experience on one of my computers. On my main PC the server is running fine and is communicating with my index.html page.
Now I tried to set this up for my gf on my second machine. As suggested I installed vc_redist and restarted my computer.
The index.html displays fine in my browser, and when I turn on the server.exe it shows some text briefly and then the cmd window disappears. When Anno is not running the sever.exe does not crash and says no anno window could be found. If I then start Anno 1800 the server.exe crashes after a few seconds.
Does someone have an idea why this keeps happening? I restarted the pc and the game several times. I also double checked that the text language in Anno is german aswell as in the settings of the Calculator.
