HMD not found? #100

The .DLL file is in the correct directory, I even set the launch options as "-steamvr". What else could yield this error?

I figured out the issue, I literally performed the infamous skit from IT crowd. except I plugged it in, then out. Afterwards, inputted the launch option "-steamvr". and closed steamvr.
