Hey Guys, The latest patch is nearly two years out, are there any updates or is it abandoned (please not!! I love it)? Greetings Spuky05

It seems like its abandoned. That said, this is github so anyone could potentially fork and improve it.

It's on hiatus whilst work on a Halo: MCC VR mod is being made (or so it seems from the author's twitter). Also, this "GitHub" is only a readme and release archive so nobody can fork and improve it.

I don't think it's abandoned, but the dev is working on a different mod right now. If you read the tweet, he actually mentions that what he is doing for the other mod will be helpful for MotherVR too.

In one month it will be two years since this mod was abandoned. It's a bummer because it's a fantastic mod, but the current version still has some lingering issues.
