What are your PC's specifications? What is your actual framerate when motion
blur is enabled (Ctrl-F12 will display it in the top right hand corner).

As for frame rate: When I look off to the distance, it looks like mountains of
lines going. theres 2 numbers too: 60 is the top, 5 is the bottom. I'm not too
technical about frame rate, but these are my observations.

The bottom number is your frame rate, though it can fluctuate a lot at high
fps. If the white line spends most of the time at the top of the graph you are
getting 60+ fps.
Is this something thats only just occured in version 3.0.3?
Is that map available somewhere for me to try and reproduce the issue?
Could you start Halo with devmode enabled, put "rasterizer_rt_display -1" in
the console and upload a screenshot of the result? I need to see whats going on
with the GBuffer.

I altered the users.xml in the My Games>Halo CE> OpenSauce folder to turn on a
light motion blur. I didnt think it would do anything, so I left it. As I was
scanning the forums for SPV3, I stumbled across OS 3.0.3, and installed it. I
then launched CE and experienced the errors.
The map is not pubic as of now.

I just fixed my problem.
My graphics settings were too high. When I restored them to default, the lag
was gone and the grahpics were excellent.
Thank you for your patience guys, and best of luck to you guys on future
projects!

What settings were you using when you got the issue, and what precisely did you
change that resulted in it no longer occuring? (I'm assuming
Nicholas.Zimmermann and ODSTNickster5000 are the same person?)

Can't do anything about this without more information on when it does and
doesn't happen. Closed.
