may want to mention a source for python-distutils-extra for systems other than debian, and that it's not on PyPI.

pip install http://launchpad.net/python-distutils-extra/trunk/2.28/+download/python-distutils-extra-2.28.tar.gz

I changed the message during the install, but I will add something on the website doc, but I guess, the message on installation should be the first seen.
