Feature request: TweetMarker support #91

Is it possible to implement support for TweetMarker? TweetMarker is a brilliant service which synchronizes the progress of your timeline between different clients and devices.

I'll have a closer look, but I'm not sure to do it quickly. Thanks for the suggestion, I keep it in mind.
