Durability config (Suggestion) #51

I was thinking of custom config for every tool made out of enderite, which allows to change durability like in Netherite Plus mod.

This option would make all tools even more precious and useful to get.

In Commit ceaa67a we added a config value for tool durability, hope this helps.
