Might want to add the Global Parameters code from LandscapeEC to our gp code. http://cscirepo.morris.umn.edu/svn/research/LandscapeEC

Actually, I think this is really a necessity rather than a nicety. At the moment we have to totally recompile, etc., to do "simple" things like change the population size, which really isn't great.
