Update fly (cluster) script so that it takes problem name as a parameter #10

So far I've had to hack the fly_launcher.py script (which launches runs on the Hampshire cluster) each time I change problems. It would be nice to parameterize the script so I can just specify the problem info on the command line and not have to change the script.
