Include a guide on how to make sense of the files.

It should be there and shared with everyone. Do we want to actually make the directory public as a way of sharing the data with anyone out there that would like to follow up on this?

Turns out that Kirbie and David can't easily open up bzip2 files, so I'm going to re-do these as gzip files.
