Did all this in ECJ. Describe the various parameters used for the different problems.

This re-raises the important question of whether we want to talk about the wide range of parameters we played with, or focus primarily on binary tournaments, no elitism, and large populations?

I think I have a plausible draft of that, but I'm not entirely sure that I've included everything that needs to be there. Feedback from other folks on that would be greatly appreciated.
