2 years ago Good observations! I hope that you will take these lessons with you into the next semester and into your Software Engineering career!
1, A definite improvement to this sprint was overall communication. Front end and back end were always able to know who was working on what, and everyone was active in the planning and mapping out of what we were going to do next.
2, One thing that didn't go as well this sprint was the sizing of our stories inside the Jira board. A few of the stories could have been split into two or more, and this is shown on our burndown chart, as a period occurred where there was no movement, even though task were being completed.
3, Overall, The one thing we could improve on moving forward is the planning of how we want our stories and tasks separated in the future.
