The MVP of this project might be something in which users can comment on crimes they may witness; and then the information is save to each indiv in a profile

Users can comment on each others posts and verify and expand on data of each other this would only require the api design required; Express+node=RESTful

Date managed by: npm date-fs

Good UI and responsive design will allow this to function as mvp for the original idea of crime tracking
