CTRL+D doesn't send EOF #13

When phonix is launched without an -i argument, meaning that it reads data
from stdin, CTRL+d doesn't close the input stream. This has something to do
with the weird way I'm testing for EOF.

This is a Mono bug. Won't be fixed (or will fix itself) when using a newer 
version of
Mono.
