Wally Assembly Instructions [$135] #6

Complete the assembly instructions and a getting started guide.

There is a $135 open bounty on this issue. Add to the bounty at Bountysource.

Hey Nicholas, is this bounty still open? I'm interested in building wally and am considering doing this.

I think Wally is dead dead dead R.I.P. AFAICT, only one person has successfully built one (Nicholas). At least the other one (GUS) had a bit more adoption and evolution, but it also appears abandoned.

Thanks for the reply Tommy, since this is open source does that mean that someone could theoretically take over and expand upon the project if it is abandoned?

Absolutely.

I would love to see that happen, as I have a Wally sitting here on my desk that is almost mechanically complete, but abandoned because the control and software was beyond my abilities to finish.

My programming experience is next to none but I've been looking for a project that I could learn from so we'll see haha. I've been really intrigued by gus so I'll probably look into that first.
