Order of DG not clear at the start of the DG, making the organisation slightly messy. #16

The DG begins with design and implementation section, with design and implementation having the big heading.

And the next same-sized big heading talks about parser component.

The DG does not have a content page to signify where each of the key components are, making it difficult to navigate the DG with these heading inconsistencies.
