Inconsistency in error handling for duplicate tasks: Error not handled when tasks are added using addrepeattask command

When pasting the same command multiple times (you can imagine this happening to a user over a span of a few days if they have forgotten that the task has already been added), the same tasks are added within the same time slot (seen in the image of the saved data below):

addrepeattask can create duplicate task, addtwdc is the only command that checks for duplicates.
