[1.19 Forge] Missing file tags on Curseforge

The 1.19 Forge file is missing tags for 1.19.1 and 1.19.2 causing the curseforge app to not allow it to install for modpacks. Please fix. :)

This is not an oversight, this is intended - behaviour. Forge 1.19.1 is not supported for a good reason.
