Sprint 3 is complete and the feature/planning for Sprint 4 has been accepted.
You seem to have a good handle on the App and your plan for the future sprints seems good and scalable. Your current work is good, keep it up.
However, you must put more emphasis on the planning and review activities or you will lose a lot of points.
As discussed in the previous release, each commit should have a link to an issue. Whether you do that through squashing to a single commit during branch merge, or having each commit have an issue link is up to you, but they must all have a link.
Please spend a little more time dividing your tasks so that we can clearly see who was planned to do which tasks, with story points, risk and priority for each 'task'.
Make sure that each plan contains a mockup if needed.
Try to use two people for code review, it will help increase it's effectiveness and add more comments to your review process.
Do not forget to produce espresso tests and let me know of any difficulties encountered.
