Test Connection fails with version1.4c

Hello,

I am trying to configure email alerts and tried testing connection then I receive connection failure. can someone please advise

Not sure how active this repo/tool is... Last update was 5 years ago.

I really like the concept here with a proper user interface in which you set things up - makes things easy getting started. Personally i also had various other needs in addition to email alerts (notifications to Teams, webhooks etc), license monitoring and service monitoring, so i went the do-it-yourself route and created the Butler tool. A bit more demanding to set up, but in active development.

Which is best? If you only need email alerts and can get this tool to work with current version of Sense (Sense have developed A LOT over the past years..), that's prob the easiest route. Otherwise you can give Butler a spin (available here on GitHub)

@mountaindude Thanks for responding and yes i think this repo is not active anymore but the tool was really helpful with attached logs being sent to developers. Can you please send the github link to Butler I will give a try.

@mountaindude is there any documentation how to setup failure alerts using butler.. I was going through provided links but not able find document to setup failure alerts
