Plugin won't work with Forms authentication #5

Hi there,

The plugin won't work when the Windows default authentication is changed to the "forms" authentication. The plugin won't be able to connect to the system when you click the Test connection.

Currently you can only use AD authentication as it runs as an unattended account.
