Pulled some code out into library functions (args, credentials, and hosts)
Changed tail command to -F rather than -f (will force a reconnect in the event that the target file handle is lost. useful when tailing the rolling logs)
Added ssh key support (in doing this I also changed it to prompt the user for a password for hosts that were passed in through command line, rather than every host in the config)
Quick note, I haven't tested this yet.
